“As a crossfit athlete, I’m all about functional training. When I heard about The O Course, I was eager to try it and thought I’ll be able to tackle it with ease. Boy was I wrong, The O Course really pushes you to a whole other level, it not only challenges you physically but mentally. I found the running was the toughest part for me so it made me realize what my strengths and weaknesses are. The instructors were very motivating and the energy was amazing. My friends and I all had an exhilarating time, thank you Sgt. Tony! We will be back next summer!”
