“The toughest and best workout of my entire life. Period.” – George S.

“Thank you so much O Course. I’ve never been pushed this far in any workout. Every time I thought “this is seriously it, I have no more, I can’t” they would push me and I somehow found more. I can’t wait to do this again.”
Vanessa P.

“As a crossfit athlete, I’m all about functional training. When I heard about The O Course, I was eager to try it and thought I’ll be able to tackle it with ease. Boy was I wrong, The O Course really pushes you to a whole other level, it not only challenges you physically but mentally. I found the running was the toughest part for me so it made me realize what my strengths and weaknesses are. The instructors were very motivating and the energy was amazing. My friends and I all had an exhilarating time, thank you Sgt. Tony! We will be back next summer!”
– Bernard L.

“I did the Tough Mudder in Ohio last week and I have to say The O Course is a lot tougher. Tough Mudder is a lot more running in between the obstacles but The O Course takes it to a whole new level. Definitely doing this every week before my next Tough Mudder”
– Mathew T.
