My shoulders are killing me! The warm up is the hardest part.

  2. John C says:

Thought i was good a stuff… apparently I’ve got a lot of work to do. Thanks for making me feel like a pussy;)-

  3. Richard Bilkszto says:

I did my first O Course today! Top notch course, great layout and planning. We are really lucky to have Tony and his team in Toronto. All types of people there from super athletic to the curious casual fitness enthusiast.
Will definitely be back. Even faster next time!

  4. Tyler Smith says:

Tony A…you are a sick sick man.. ha ha… GREAT workout today but man my shoulders are sore….. Cant wait to sign up again

  5. Dude that was really rough. I’m so sore, but in a good way. The warm up was insane. I can’t imagine what the military must be like. I couldn’t do that every morning. I have a new respect for the military and all those soldiers out there.

  6. Mike Hull says:

Does anyone know if the o-course will be doing any courses in the fall or winter?

  7. Lauren says:

Just did my first O Course yesterday hoping it would train me for Tough Mudder next week. I will be shocked as hell if Tough Mudder is more difficult than this, because I am convinced that I just accomplished possibly the toughest event on the planet. Unless of course Tony A shows up to Tough Mudder to lead us through a “warm up”.

  8. Alex H says:

This looks AMAZING! I’m recovering from an injury but when I get the all clear, I’m signing up! Looking forward to it!

  9. Kelly says:

Got my groupon and planning an O Course Road trip! Cant wait!

  10. The DarkKnight says:

It was a pretty good course. Given my back injury some aspects were a little tough. Will the water component still be part of the course in the winter/colder months (October onward?)

    • tocadmin says:

Glad you liked it soldier! We’re going to see how things go as we move forward. We’ll adjust the course accordingly depending on weather. The key thing is to keep it a surprise so you never know what’s coming! See you on the battlefield soldier!

  11. Lorna says:

On Saturday the 29, my daughter, Melissa, and her two friends, Alim and Christine, will be taking on the O Course. They make me proud as we are currently fighting breast cancer in our family. Love you guys and from the sounds of it… good luck!!!!!
